Executive team
Stuart & Julie Keir – Associate Ministers
Stuart and Julie moved to Manchester in October 2009 after leading London City Life, a church that they pioneered, for the previous three years. They are strategic thinkers with a great passion to see the Church championed in this nation and beyond. Having worked with young people in local church for many years, and also leading Youth Alive UK alongside Glyn and Sophia, they now spend much of their time equipping leaders at all levels to become all they can be.
Love blossomed for Stuart and Julie when they met at bible college; they were married two years later and now have three amazing children Molly, Grace and Ethan. Julie is studying for an MA in Counselling, and is passionate about people living emotionally healthy, full lives for God. Stuart loves shoes, watches and drinking high quality coffee with the people in his world.
Mark & Emily Foster – Associate Ministers
Mark and Emily are both excellent communicators who pioneered a great youth programme with a vision to see all areas of Manchester’s youth reached with a relevant expression of the gospel. Originally from Stratford Upon Avon, they moved to Sheffield to study where they got involved in Hope City Church and became youth pastors before moving to Manchester in 2008. They both have an authority and calling to the wider body of the Church. They are too good to be kept just for the teenagers!
Mark, often known as Foz, loves his sport and is a true red, going to Manchester United games when he can. Emily loves socialising and whenever people are hanging out you’ll find her there. In November 2008, baby Jazmine was the new addition to the Foster household and so Emily is currently sharing the responsibility of being an associate minister with being a mum and Mark will spend every spare moment doting over his gorgeous baby girl.
