Leadership Development

As John Maxwell famously states, leadership is influence. Every Christian is called to influence. The difference Jesus has made in our lives should have a reciprocal result in making a difference in our world. Therefore every Christian has some kind of leadership influence in the world we live in.

Once a month on a Wednesday night our Leadership Development nights are designed to pull out the leadership potential locked up inside every Christian. Leadership Development is also for the training, impartation, connection, development and information flow for all leaders throughout !ACC. So what ever team you are leading, or you are involved in, this night is a must. With two sessions each night, praise and worship, group work, practical sessions, seminars and incredible special guests from around the world, no two nights will be the same.  Krispy Kreme Donuts will also be there! Each night starts at 7.30pm.
